Brazilian Waxing on FOX 10 News

It has long been a woman's domain, but removing unwanted hair isn't just for the ladies anymore .. a growing number of men are shedding their hair too. A recent study in Men's Health magazine says it's the cool, glamorous thing to do .. and not just waxing - brazilian waxing - the "full monty!"
Recent surveys suggest that about 80% of all women and more than 50% of men are unhappy about some of their body hair. And these days, more and more women and men are doing something about it.

Ouch! That looks painful. I don’t think my man could handle a full body wax. The guy in the video doesn’t seem to mind that much though .. maybe you get used to it. I do the bikini tidy-up once a year, that’s enough for me.

OMG, you couldn’t pay my husband enough money to have that done! He shaved his chest once,after that Seinfeld episode,and when the hair came back and made him itchy he swore he would never do anything like that again!

Wow, that does not look like it’s worth all the pain! My girlfriend used laser hair removal after she had a bikini wax done once. She said the pain was too much, that was the last one for her. Me, I don’t have enough hair to worry about it.

I wax monthly but I personally prefer my husband not to wax. I just don’t think waxing is as manly. I’d rather he had all his hair in all the natural places.

I am always just surface shaving and ride a bike alot and this is a problem trust me crouching down on a bike.
How funny and brave of this journalist! A brazilian wax is painful but after a couple of days you love it!
I can understand that women want to get rid of unwanted hair but I must admit I am really surprised by your male statistic. I suppose times are changing and the modern man is much more into grooming than ever before. I suppose if you can’t beat them join them.

Like the video says I think it is much sexier to have less hair. I also like the idea of having a special symbol or shape to signify a special occasion. Very original and creative. I’m not too sure about having a brazilian wax though!

I definitely prefer to continue as I am than go through this pain!
Waxing has always seemed a bit of a taboo subject for me. It’s personal and painful. But as time goes by I think maybe I should give it a try. Women have been putting up with the pain for years so maybe I should join them!

If you choosed waxing for chest hair removal, then I warn you its going to pain a lot. Instead try out electrolysis or laser hair removal. For further reading, visit Chest Hair Removal
thanks for the article. I’m a man and always confused about the hair in my armpits. I commoly used to shave this area but I have to do it every two days. Too boring though. So, I think I’ll surely have to try these epilation techinques.
I could not agree more with your comments. I think men are becoming more and more self conscious and will try anything to improve their appearance. My husband is living proof of this!

Oh i agree, there’s nothing more offputting for me than a huge patch of unwanted hair. Now, i just need to convince my boyfriend of this too, haha!

Man..this Brazilian waxing thing looks really painful. But I hate unwanted hair so much that it just might be worth the pain. Maybe I should give it a try.

More and more men these days are getting their body parts waxed. I had my back waxed, just to see what it was like, and it turned out okay. The results looked good and it wasn’t that painful. I think much of it is all in the preparation (physically and mentally!).
